Give a client or outside counsel access to a single matter, draft, or chat - without adding them to your organization.
You can now give someone outside your organization access to a single matter, draft, or chat - without adding them as a full member. It is the simplest way to bring a client or outside counsel into one piece of work while keeping the rest of your organization private.
Invite them by email
Open the matter and go to its People tab, then click Add Collaborator to send an email invitation to the person you want to bring in. They do not need an existing Squire™ account.
Choose their scope and permissions
First decide how much they can reach: the whole matter, or just a single document or chat. Then set their permission level - view only, comment, or suggest changes on a document. You can also set an end date so access closes automatically when the work is done.
Stay in control
Revoke access any time. You can see everything a collaborator did in the matter, so there are no surprises.
