Import a negotiated Word document with tracked changes, accept or reject each one, add your own edits, and export native Word track changes on the untouched original.
Negotiating a contract in Word means passing a document back and forth, accepting and rejecting tracked changes by hand. Word review mode brings that work into Squire™ - with the AI and your team alongside you - and hands you back a clean Word file the other side can open as usual.
Bring in the negotiated document
On the matter, open its Knowledge → Documents tab, upload the Word file there, and click Review in Squire™ - or use Import Word inside the drafting editor. Squire™ imports every existing tracked change with its author and date.
Work through the changes
Accept or reject each change, ask the AI to propose new wording, or select any text and Suggest edit with a note explaining why. The All changes tab lists everything - the other side's edits, the AI's proposals, and your own - in document order, labelled with clause numbers.
Export and send
Choose Word with Squire™'s track changes to download the original file with your decisions and suggestions applied as native Word track changes, reasoning attached as comments. Preview the consolidated result at any time before you send.
