Build a table where each row is a document, matter, or contact and each column is an AI answer with citations - then export the whole thing to Excel.
Some questions don't fit in a chat. "Across these thirty NDAs, what is the assignment clause?" "For every open matter, what is the next deadline?" A table view answers all of them at once - rows are your documents or matters, columns are questions, and Squire™ fills every cell with a cited answer.
Choose your rows
Start from Tables or a template, then pick a row source: files, matters, todos, team members, notes, entities, clients, or your own custom list. Each row brings the right context to the AI - file rows can cite the exact page of the source document.
Add columns as prompts
Give a column a name and a plain-language prompt - for example "Termination notice period - answer in days, or N/A". When you click Regenerate, Squire™ runs the prompt against every row in parallel and writes each result with a citation.
Verify, edit, and export
Click any cell to see the AI's reasoning and citations, edit a cell to override the answer, or lock a cell so it is never overwritten. When you're happy, export the table to Excel with its citations and metadata on their own sheets.
