Serve every client from one place: work inside each client's own organization, offer them your templates and house style, and put your brand where they meet you.
If your practice looks after the legal work of several organizations - as fractional in-house counsel, for instance - Squire™ lets your lawyers work inside each client's own Squire organization, on its matters and with Squire's AI, and gives your practice one place to run it all from.
We set you up as a partner
Squire makes your organization a partner and proposes you to each client, on your standard terms or on terms for that client alone. The client's owner accepts in Squire, and from then on the lawyers you assign can work there. We can also set up a new client organization for you, with your brand on its invitation and your templates already in it.
Work in each client
Your Clients page lists every client you serve. Open one and it opens in its own browser tab, so two clients can sit side by side. Inside, you're a lawyer named with your practice ("Jane Doe · Acme Counsel"), working on the client's matters with Squire's AI, and its people can send you questions from their counsel panel.
Bring your know-how
Publish your own templates, table templates, skills, house style and matter setup to your Library, one at a time or bundled in packs. Your clients install copies, and when you publish a newer version they see what changed before taking it. Your owners can also put a pack's templates straight into a client you serve.
Make it yours
Your logo, a colour and your own wording appear where your clients meet you: their counsel panel and requests, their Counsel and billing pages, and Squire's emails to them about your proposals, terms and replies.
It depends on the arrangement. A client can subscribe to Squire itself, or you can provide Squire as part of your service and pay for its seats, on one monthly invoice for every client you pay for, setting each one's seat limit yourself. We agree how it works with each partner.
The client stays in charge. Nothing is open to your lawyers until its owner accepts, your lawyers never hold an owner's or admin's access or take one of its seats, everything they open and do is on the client's own record, and the client can pause or end the engagement at any time.
