Set your firm's font, spacing, heading case, and numbering once - Squire™ applies it automatically in the editor, the preview, and the Word export.
Every firm has a house style, and reformatting documents by hand to match it is a waste of good time. Set your style once and Squire™ applies it for you - font, body size, paragraph and line spacing, heading capitalisation, and list numbering - so documents come out looking the way your firm writes them.
Firm-wide default
Owners and admins set the firm default under Organization Settings → House Style. This is the style everyone's drafts start from.
Your personal default
Set your own preferences under Account Settings → Drafting style. Your choices override the firm default for the drafts you create.
A single draft
Override either default for one document from the editor's Numbering and Heading case menus - or just ask the assistant, for example "make Garamond and 1.1.1 numbering my default".
