Three ways to automate

Teachable skills

A skill is reusable guidance that tells the assistant how to handle a kind of work - contract review, NDA triage, compliance checks. Squire™ activates the right skill automatically from what you ask, or you can invoke one explicitly.

Where: open Tools → Skills in the sidebar to browse and create skills, or type /create-skill in a chat to build one by conversation.

Repeatable commands

A command is a skill you invoke directly, by name, for the same structured result every time. When you create a skill, choose the On Command activation so it can be run as /skill-name.

Where: type / in any chat to see the available commands and run one, for example /review-contract. To add one, create a skill under Tools → Skills and set its activation to On Command.

Event-driven triggers

Triggers run AI analysis or create tasks when something happens - a document is uploaded, a matter is created, a task is completed - with a human-in-the-loop step where it matters.

Start from a ready-made template or build your own in a guided builder that narrates what your workflow will do; Save & test shows the result on sample data before it goes live.

Where: open the Workflow section in the sidebar - View All to set them up, Pending Actions for anything waiting on your approval, and History to review what they've done.
