Upload the founding affidavit, scanned or not, take your client's instructions on each paragraph, and get an answer with an AD PARAGRAPH section for every one - none skipped.
An answering affidavit deals with the founding affidavit paragraph by paragraph - "AD PARAGRAPH 6 THEREOF" - and has to account for every one, in order. Squire™ reads the paper itself, scanned or not, sets out a section for each paragraph, and fills them from your client's instructions. What the deponent admits, denies or notes is always yours to say.
Upload the paper
Add the founding affidavit - or an answering affidavit, particulars of claim, a plea - to the matter's documents as one file. A scanned bundle filed through Court Online is read with OCR, its paragraph numbers kept with their text. Squire recognises the paper and its page offers Answer this founding affidavit.
Take the client's instructions
Response schedule makes a table with a row for each paragraph. Send the client Copy for the client - a spreadsheet of every paragraph - and bring their answers back with Import the client's instructions: the spreadsheet they return, or their email or letter, pasted or as a file. Each paragraph they name gets their own words, and you see every change before anything is written.
Draft the answer
Generate drafts the schedule's responses from the instructions, then Create answer - or Draft the answering affidavit on the paper, opens the answer set out from the paper: the court heading and parties, the deponent's opening, and an AD PARAGRAPH section for every paragraph. Tell the assistant what the client says - "1 to 4 noted, deny 9" - and it writes the usual forms, grouping paragraphs answered alike under one heading.
Check before filing
Check before filing in the draft's menu lists any paragraph without an answer, sections still waiting for instructions, notes left in the text and gaps in your annexures' numbering - then export to Word.
