Verify a signed document

Choose a PDF that was signed through Squire. We'll tell you whether it's byte-for-byte the document we sealed, and whether the signing record behind it is intact.

Your document never leaves your browser — it's fingerprinted on your own device and only the fingerprint is sent. We never receive the file.

Why does Adobe show a warning?

Squire seals every completed document cryptographically, so any change invalidates it. Our seal certificate isn't (yet) on Adobe's trust list, so Acrobat says "signature validity is unknown" — it's telling you it doesn't recognise the issuer, not that the document was altered. An altered document produces a much louder, explicit warning that the file has changed since signing.

You can silence it permanently by adding our seal certificate to Acrobat's trusted identities, or just use this page.
